Dive Certification
The entry level course for SCUBA Certification - unlike many other Open Water Courses which are generally compressed into as few as three days, we take our time to ensure our students gain a full comprehension of basic dive skills necessary to be comfortable and prepared in various underwater conditions.

- Course Length average: 5 to 7 days (based on the student's comfort and skill level)
- Academic Review, 5 Confined Water Dives and 4 Open Water Dives.
- Course also includes Enriched Air ( Nitrox ) course.
- Student will need their own mask, snorkel, and fins.
Students can go online and complete the PADI Open Water E-Learning Course or complete the classroom portion of the class with one of our PADI instructors. If you choose to complete the PADI E-Learning online portion of the class the cost of the Class will be reduced by $75.
The price of the PADI E-Learning is set by PADI and not Aquaterra Adventures LLC.
The PADI Advanced Open Water Course is for divers who want to increase their knowledge and skill sets beyond the basics of Open Water Certification. Required for this class is a Deep Dive ( beyond 60ft ) and Underwater Navigation. The other dives will be tailored to your interests, such as Underwater Imaging, Wreck Diving, Night Dives etc.

- Advanced Open Water students will provide their own dive gear.
Learn new techniques that will give you the proper tools to
enhance your diving experience. With a variety of PADI Specialty Certifications offered, we'll work with you to customize the course, price and schedule based on your interests.

Our Dive Bundle includes Open Water, Advanced Open Water and Enriched Air/Nitrox Certifications. Since many divers like go on to complete their Advanced and Enriched Air certifications, we offer this bundle so you can sign up for all three at once.

- 9 Open Water Training Dives and 2 "fun" dives
- 2 Boat Dives ( Weather Permitting )
Students can complete the following PADI E-Learning online Courses:
PADI Open Water E-Learning Course
PADI Advanced Open Water E-Learning Course
PADI Enriched Air E-Learning Course
Or complete the Classroom portion of the classes with an instructor for an additional $200.
Please note that the student is responsible for supplying their own dive gear, if you let your instructor know in advance arrangements can be made to rent or purchase gear. Course prices do NOT include entry fees to dive sites, boat crew gratuities (if applicable), accommodations, etc.. Class lengths are based on an average time and can vary based on factors like weather. If you are unable to schedule consecutive class time, please contact us for custom scheduling. Additional expenses may be applied for cost of travel, overnight stays and custom scheduling.
Class sizes are kept at a maximum of four students to ensure a high quality experience, though we can accommodate for larger classes.
